3 c warm water
5 Tbsp yeast
1 c oil
1 c powdered milk (just the powder)
1/4 c sugar
4 tsp salt
6 eggs (lightly beaten)
11 plus c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 c of warm water in a large bowl. Add the yeast. Let sit until dissolved. Mix the oil, powdered milk, sugar, salt, and lightly beaten eggs into the yeast mixture. Start adding the flour 2 cups at a time until the dough is stiff. Knead until smooth. Raise for about 30 minutes. Punch down and form into rolls (crescent, cloverleaf, biscuit, pan, etc). Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

Grammy Lou has heavily underlined that this dough rises fast! If you let it raise too much, the rolls won't turn out right. Keep an eye on it and you will be guaranteed much deliciousness.
