2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pint sour cream
3 c. flour, sifted
3 tsp. baking powder
Topping Mix:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter. Add sugar, then eggs, one at a time until each is blended well. Add the vanilla and blend. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and baking soda together, then add to the butter mixture. Add the sifted flour & baking powder to the mixture, Pour into a greased Bundt or tube pan, or a greased 13 x 9 pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle half over the batter in the pan. Using a fork, swirl the topping into the batter. Sprinkle the rest of the batter over the batter. Bake in a 350° oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the ring is clean. Cool on rack 20 minutes; invert onto serving plate and cool completely before serving.
