1/2 c. sugar
2 tbs. cornstarch
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh blueberries
One premade graham cracker crust, 9'
3 tbs. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Whisk in water and add 1 cup of the blueberries. Heat on medium until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Once mixture boils, lower heat and stir for 2 minutes, or until blueberries have released their juices. Remove from heat, add remaining blueberries and cool to room temperature. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture in graham cracker crust. Cover with cooled blueberry mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
