1 package deluxe brownie mix (with flavor packet)
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
5 tbs. butter,softened
1/3 c. sugar
5 large eggs
2 tbs. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbs. water
Directions:
Directions:
To prepare the cream cheese mixture: mix the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth. Add the sugar, 2 eggs, flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Set aside mixture. To prepare the brownie mixture: empty brownie mix and flavor packet into a large bowl. Add water and 3 eggs. Mix by hand, approximately 50 strokes. Preheat the over to 350º. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Pour half the brownie mixture into the pan. Pour all the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture, Spoon the remaining brownie mixture over the cream cheese mixture in dollops. Pull a butter knife through the batter in wide curves to create a swirled appearance. Bake at 350º degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, frost if desired with milk chocolate frosting (see below).

Milk Chocolate Frosting: Melt 3 tbs. butter in saucepan. Stir in 2 tbs. cocoa powder until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 tbs. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir until smooth. If needed, add more milk to create a soft spreading consistency.
