Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 15 x 10 x 1' jelly roll pan. Line with wax paper; grease and flour the wax paper. Sift the flour, baking powder, spices and salt onto a piece of wax paper. Beat the eggs and the sugar in a large bowl until thick & fluffy, then beat in pumpkin. Stir in sifted dry ingredients all at once. Pour mixture into the prepared jelly roll pan & spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched with a fingertip. Remove from oven, loosen cake around edges with a knife. Invert onto a clean damp towel that has been dusted with powdered sugar; peel off wax paper. Trim 1/4 inch from all sides. Roll up the cake and towel together from the short side. Place seam side down on a wire rack; cool completely. Prepare the filling: combine all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Unroll the cake and spread with filling. Carefully roll back up. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
