1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
16 oz. ricotta
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press in bottom and sides of 9" springform pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 325º. Beat ricotta and cream cheese until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until firm in middle. Cool 20-30 minutes in pan before removing.
