1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease jelly roll pan and line with wax paper. In bowl, cream butter, sugars, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Gradually add flour. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

Optional frosting: Melt 1 c. mini morsels over hot water (or in microwave 1 minute at a time), stirring until smooth. Set aside. In bowl, cream 3/4 c. softened butter and 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar. Add melted chocolate and and 2 tsp. vanilla, blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cake.
