2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbs. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 lbs. cream cheese, softened
1 2/3 c. sugar
5 eggs, room temperature
1 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 tbs. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted butter. Pat onto bottom and up 1" of a 9" springform pan which was sprayed with PAM. Bake in preheated 325° oven until light brown, about 7 minutes. Keep oven on. Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add 1 2/3 c. sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, blend in Irish Cream and vanilla. Sprinkle 1/2 c. chips onto crust. Spoon in filling. Sprinkle with rest of chips. Place pan onto drip pan and bake until springy in center and golden brown, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Cool completely. Keep refrigerated
