1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 apple, sliced
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbs. sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into 9" pie plate. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, mix well. Pour mixture into crust. Top with apple slices and almonds. Combine cinnamon and 3 tbs. sugar, sprinkle on top. Bake 40 minutes until almost set. Cool 3 hours. Keep refrigerated.
