1 lb. ham, diced
1 lb. capicola, diced
1 lb. hard salami, diced
1 stick pepperoni, diced
1 lb. sharp provolone, diced
1 lb. Swiss cheese, diced
2-3 baskets Italian cheese
2 lbs, hot Italian sausage
3 doz. large eggs
2 packages Pillsbury Ready Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, drain, and place into a large bowl. Break eggs into a medium bowl & lightly mix. Mix the remaining meats and cheeses into the sausage. Add the eggs and mix. Line 2 - 10' springform pans with the ready crusts. Pour the egg & meat mixture into the two springform pans. Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours or until set.
