1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
3/4 c. milk
4 tbs. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbs. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter or margarine. Line a 9" spring form pan with mixture. Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl, beat cream cheese. Add the following ingredients 1 at a time: eggs, sour cream, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Leave cake in oven with door open for 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate.

When cool, top with the filling of your choice or leave plain.
