2 lbs. sausage meat
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
6 large eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. each salt, pepper & nutmeg

The day before: grease a 13 x 9 baking pan. Saute the sausage over medium heat in a large nonstick pan until browned. Remove sausage from the pan, drain, and place in a large bowl. Stir in the mustard. Arrange bread in the pan. Top with the sausage mixture and cheese. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Beat in the milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Pour over the sausage mixture in the pan. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about a half hour prior to heating. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set.
