12 vanilla wafers
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cherry pie filling* (see note below)
paper baking cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place one wafer in each paper cups in muffin tin, flat side down. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon mixture into cups, filling 2/3. Bake about 30 minutes. Turn off oven, open door slightly, let stand in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

* Note - any filling of your choice can be used.
