3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (1 box)
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
3 tbs. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon or rum
additional powdered or granulated sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix wafer crumbs, walnuts, cocoa and powdered sugar. Blend well. Add corn syrup and bourbon or rum, mix. Roll into 1 " balls, then in powdered or granulated sugar. Store, covered tightly.
