3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. Grand Marnier
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
3 tbs. confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease mini muffin pans (or you can use paper baking cups). Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and Grand Marnier. Sift flour and salt in bowl, mix into butter with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough. Put dough in a piping bag with a 1/2" tip or 10-point star. Pipe a whirl of mixture into each cup, starting in the center of each cup and working outwards. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over cookies when cooled or ready to serve.

Note: You can put a 1/4 cherry or tsp. of jam in the center of each cookie. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
