1 medium head green cabbage, washed
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 small green pepper, finely diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1/2 small celery stick, finely diced
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
2-3 tbs. vinegar (white or cider)
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Finely slice cabbage, shred, and place in a large bowl. Add carrots, green pepper, red onion, celery and mix together. Add mayonnaise and vinegar, mix well. Salt, pepper and sugar (optional) to taste, mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
