1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. dill

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°. Take mixture from refrigerator, make 3/4 to 1 inch balls & place them on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Note: Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Thaw balls before baking.
