1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding (prepared)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients. Pat into the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Pour prepared chocolate pudding over all. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set.
