Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lb. pork baby back ribs
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. coarse kosher salt
1 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
Barbecue Sauce (recipe in this book)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove "silver skin" from the back of the ribs and rinse ribs with water. Pat dry. Heat oven to 350°F. Mix seasonings and rub onto both sides of ribs. Place in foil-lined half-sheet pan, top side down. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the ribs from oven and turn them over. Bake an additional 30 minutes.

If you are finishing the ribs on the grill, heat the grill to medium-high; cover grill grates with additional foil. Transfer ribs from pan to grill. Grill for about 20 min. or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce during the last 10 minutes.

If you are not finishing the ribs on the grill, lengthen the oven cooking time by about 20 minutes. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce about 10 minutes before cooking time ends.
