2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 cip milk
1 cup fresh blueberries



Topping:
2 tbs. flour
5 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbs. butter, cut up

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 12 muffin papn cups or line with paper. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs, until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together well. Add milk, vanilla and lemon peel and mix well. Fold in bluberries and mix.
Spoon batter into prepared cups. Sprinkle with streudel mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
