16 oz. lt. sour creme
3 oz. parmesean cheese
14 oz. can artichokes (drain, rinsed and chopped)
10 oz. pkg chopped frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
6 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
combine sour creme, 2 oz. parm cheese (save the rest for topping) in 2 qt. casserole dish. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Mix well. Cover with mont jack cheese and other parmesean.

bake 400º for 15 minutes, broil for 5 minutes.
