Step 1:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix well and press into 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 15 min
Step 2:
1 cup confec sugar
1/2 cup cool whip 
8 oz cream cheese
Mix well and spread over cooled crust from Step 1
Step 3:
2 small boxes pudding 
3 cups milk
Prepare and spread over cheese mixture.  Top with 1 cup cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
