1 1/2 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
6 eggs beaten separately
1 cup buttermilk mixed with 2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp allspice
2 cups jam
1 cup raisins
1 cup nutmeats

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients folding in egg whites last.  Bake for 30-40 minutes.
