1 head of iceberg lettuce
2 large apples (cubed)
2 large cans Mandarin oranges (optional)
1 large can cashew halves
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 lb Mozzarella or Swiss cheese (cubed)
Dressing:  
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together except cashews.  Add cashews at last minute.  This is a large salad so mix just what you need.  Once mixed, salad deteriorates quickly.
