2 lbs. bulk sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper

Dipping Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tbs. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375°. Combine all ingredients and mix. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. Makes about 8 dozen. To make Dipping Sauce - in a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.

Note: Can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw before cooking.
