1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 6 oz.
3/4 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. cream cheese
2 packages sliced corned beef - chopped
Rye bread/crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of one quart slow cooker. Mix all ingredients and spoon into slow cooker. Cook for 1 hour on low, stir- cook 1 hour more. Spread will hold 2 hours on low. Serve on rye crackers or bread.

Kim Pieper also entered this recipe. She added that you need to scrape the sides of the cooker with rubber spatula to prevent edge of spread from scorching.
