1 yellow cake mix ( + oil and eggs to make according to manufacturer's directions)
16 oz. Prairie Farm Sour Cream
1 cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
+use 2 round cake pans and wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 yellow cake according to directions. Bake in 2 round cake pans (line bottom with wax paper, grease sides of pans)
Cut cooled cakes in 1/2 horizontally..
Mix SUGAR MIXTURE by blending 16 oz. Prairie Farm Sour Cream with 1 cup sugar very well. Spread a thin layer of this mixture between the cut horizontal layers and put back together as the 2 whole cakes.
Add 8 oz. Cool Whip to remaining SUGAR MIXTURE. Mix well and spread on top of one of the round cakes. Put the other round cake on top. Spread the rest all over the top and sides. Tastes best when chilled.
