3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon Asian chili-garlic sauce OR La Choy Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry Marinade
16 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 can (15 oz.) cut baby corn, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup (about 4 oz.) thinly sliced snow peas
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions in a large Dutch oven; drain and return to pan. Pour vinegar mixture over pasta. Add corn and next 5 ingredients; toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot or cold.
