1 cup flour
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 4.3oz. package Jello cook and serve pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour melted margarine and chopped nuts. Press into 9X13 ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool well (watch closely as it burns easily).
Cream together cream cheese powdered sugar and 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Prepare lemon pudding according to package directions. Let cool. When cool, spread over top of cream cheese layer. Spread top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
