2 large cans small brown beans, rinsed
1 10 oz. package frozen corn or 4 ears corn on the cob, cooked and cut off the cob
1 large green bell pepper, chopped finely
1 large red bell pepper, chopped finely
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded, rinsed and chopped, finely
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Shrimp:
4-6 large shrimp per salad

Makes 6 salads

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients together and store covered in the refrigerator overnight with dressing.

Grill or broil the shrimp for 4-5 minutes.
Serve on top of the salad.
