1/4 c. Dried Basil Leaves, crushed
1/4 c. Dried Thyme Leaves, crushed
1/4 c. Dried Oregano Leaves, crushed
1/4 c. Rosemary, crushed
2 tsp. Black Peppercorns, crushed
1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds, toasted and crushed

Place all of the herbs in an airtight jar and store in a cool, dark shelf. This mixture can be used on a variety of meats, fish or chicken. A little goes a long way but adjust to your own taste.
