1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz.pkg.) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 # (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 Pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
1/4 Tsp. pepper, garlic powder
1/4 Tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
Couple dollops sour cream

Directions:

Cook and stir onions in butter in 2 qt. saucepan on medium high heat until onions are tender. Blend in flour. Add milk and cream cheese; cook on medium heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients stirring occasionally.
