2 lb. Veal Cubes
2 or 3 Large Green Peppers, sliced
1 Large Onion, chopped
1---12 oz. Can Mushroom Stems & Pieces, drained
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dried Italian Seasonings

Heat oil in large pot until hot. Add veal cubes and fry until brown. In the meantime, chop the onion and add to the veal, cook until onion is transparent. Add garlic and cook until garlic is soft. Add the peppers, season with salt and pepper. Stir. Add tomatoes, Italian seasonings and mushrooms. Stir. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on fresh Italian rolls or over your favorite pasta.

This is one of the best dishes my Mom has made. She taught me how to make it but when we would have a large family gathering, I would have her make this for us. All of our children have been taught how to make it and now they cook it for their families.
