2 lbs. okra
1/2 tsp. dillweed per pint or fresh dill
2 c. water
2 c. vinegar
2 T. salt
Dried hot chili peppers
4 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Wash okra and place in jars. Add 1 garlic clove, hot pepper and dill to each jar. Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil, pour into each jar. Place lids and bands on jars and put in water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 4 pints.
