Ingredients:  
1 Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt weighing between 3-5 pounds.
1 onion chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
2 c.chili sauce
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
dash of hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with salt and pepper. Place in a Crock Pot / Slow cooker.
Combine all other ingredients in bowl, then pour over pork.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Pull pork apart with forks when finished cooking, then stir into sauce.
Serve on a bun.

Feel free to adjust the ingredient amounts based on the size of your pork.
