Butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in the bottom of a baking dish. Place fruit of choice in the bottom of pan on the butter. If this is fresh fruit, place a additional amount of sugar to sweeten the fruit. In a mixing bowl mix the milk, sugar and flour together until smooth. The batter will be thin. Pour over the fruit. Place in the oven to bake at 350-400 degrees until done. The top will be brown when done.
