1 (12 oz.) pkg. Jones All-Natural Roll Sausage
2 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced or chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix (less for a small bird)
2 c. chicken broth, apple juice or hot water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté meat, onion and celery, breaking up meat with a fork as it cooks. When meat is done, add stuffing mix and enough of the liquid to yield desired consistency. DO NOT pour off drippings. Blend thoroughly and stuff bird loosely. Yield: 8 c. Makes enough to stuff a 14 to 16 lb. bird.

For the liquid, Irene uses 1 (14.5 oz.) can fat free chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 c. of liquid.
