This recipe for Potato Bake, by Joyce Gabriel, is from Memorable Morsels Collection,

1 large pkg. of frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream salt (to taste) pepper (to taste)
TOPPING: 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter
Mix all main ingredients together. Place into a greased 9x12 in. pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Combine topping ingredients and place on mixture. Bake for an additional 10 min.
This can be prepared the night before and baked the next day.
