½ cup of margarine or butter softened
½ cup of packed brown sugar
½ cup of honey
1 egg
1 ½ cups of flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Beat margarine, brown sugar, honey and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set and light brown and edges appear shiny, 7 – 9 minutes. Let stand 3 – 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes approximately 36 cookies
