Margarina - 1 chávena de chá
Açúcar - 2 chávenas de chá
Farinha - 3 chávenas de chá
Ovos - 3
Leite - 1 chávena de chá
Fermento - 1 colher de sopa
Raspa de limão ou canela em pó a gosto

Bater a margarina com o açúcar, juntar os ovos e o leite e a farinha (com o fermento e a raspa de limão misturados).
Vai ao forno em forma untada e polvilhada.
Dá um bolo grande e fofo.
