2 c milk
1 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
16 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 package KNORR Spring Vegetable Soup Mix
2 (deep 9-inch) frozen pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350º

In large bowl, with whisk, beat eggs lightly. Blend in milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix. Pour into frozen pie crust.

Bake on cookie sheet 50 mins or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
