2 c milk
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

2 c sugar
1 c water
1/2 tsp maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in milk, pour into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour on lightly greased pan. Cook until bubbly on top, then flip.

Syrup
Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Add 1/2 tsp maple flavoring and remove from heat. Serve hot with pancakes or waffles.
