2 c sugar
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c grated apples
2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Mix flour with soda, salt and spices and stir into sugar mixture. Add apples and pecans. Pour in bundt pan and bake at 350º for 1 hr and 20 min.
