* 2 Tbsp. flour
* 2 Tbsp. sugar
* 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
* 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
* dash of salt
* 1 Dove Promise chocolate square, chopped
* 1 Tbsp. canola oil
* 1-2 Tbsp. hot water
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 5 crushed walnuts (optional)
* small handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

1) Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and cinnamon (if using) in a coffee mug, standard size (11 oz.) or larger. Add oil, water, vanilla, and Dove chocolate and mix thoroughly -- making sure to scrape the bottom and sides so that it's all incorporated. If you'd like, mix in nuts and chocolate chips.

2) Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. The finished product will be soft-ish and chewy.

3) Cool for a minute. Top with a scoop of ice cream, if desired, and eat right out of the mug!
