1 jar of salsa
2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper. Poke holes in chicken with a fork. Place chicken in a crockpot. Add salsa. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until chicken shreds easily with a fork and absorbs most of the salsa.
