2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. whipping (heavy) cream
3/4 c. light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom and sides on square baking dish with butter.
Heat all ingredients to boiling in heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 35 minutes, stirring frequently, to 245º on candy thermometer (firm ball stage). Immediately spread in baking dish. Cool about 2 hours. Cut into 1" squares. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
