1 can (10-1/2 oz..) Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth (1-1/3 c.) 1 c. Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa 2 c. Minute white rice, uncooked 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up
Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and prepared cheese product; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted. Yield: 6 servings.
