3 T. orange juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
9 oz. prepared angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
3 fresh peaches, peeled, divided
1/4 c. raspberry fruit spread
2 c. fresh raspberries, divided
2 (1 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant fat free sugar free pudding
2 1/2 c. fat-free milk
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite, divided

Mix orange juice and almond extract. Drizzle over angel food cake cubes in large bowl and toss lightly. Cut 1 peach in half. Wrap one half of peach in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Slice remaining peaches and place in medium bowl. Add fruit spread and mix lightly. Stir in 1 c. raspberries.
Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 c. Cool Whip.
Place one half of the cake cubes in serving dish. Top with layers of half each of the peach mixture and the pudding mixture. Top with remaining cake cubes, peach mixture and pudding mixture. Cover.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with remaining Cool Whip just before serving. Peel and slice reserved peach half and arrange over dessert along with remaining raspberries. You can also add blueberries.
