1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. butter 20 oz. frozen broccoli (thaw for 24 hours) 1-1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can of milk 8 oz. Cheeze Whiz
Sauté onions in butter. Add cream of chicken soup and milk; mix thoroughly. Add thawed broccoli and rice. Microwave Cheeze Whiz on medium power until pourable. Pour Cheese Whiz over mixture into greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
