1 or 2 c. of water in roaster
1 chicken
1 package wide noodles
season to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake a whole chien with skin until meat is tender. Cool so you can take the meat off the bones. Put broth in the refrigerator or freezer so you can remove all the fat. Do not use the skin. Cut the meat into the size you would like. You do not have to use all the meat. You can save some for a couple of sandwiches. Cook the noodles in the broth until the noodles are cooked then add the cut up chicken and heat through.
